Uploading Multiple Files to the Project Management System

Here’s a tip that will save you time when working in our quotation and project management system:

When you’re working on a preliminary quote, you may need to upload some support files to specify various details of your project. For example, you might have an assembly model, or pdf files of 2D prints that specify critical tolerances, colors and/or surface textures.

Here’s the trick: You can upload multiple files by first “zipping” them into a single file folder. Now upload your zipped file, and we will have access to all of the individual files.

To be clear, these are files that are in addition to the 3D CAD models of your parts. At this stage, you have already uploaded your CAD models and have your preliminary quote, but have not yet submitted the quote for confirmation.

There is a blue button labeled “Customer’s Attached Files” to the right of the “notes” box. Click on the “Choose File” button to upload your files.
