Important Changes to the Registration and RFQ System
We’re excited to announce some changes we’ve made to our instant online quotation system. The changes improve the customer experience by making the process quicker and simpler.
Up until about a year ago, we required new customers to fill out an online form to provide all their contact information up front, before they could get a quote for an injection molding or CNC machining project.
In order to reduce the intimidation and time of providing so much information up front, we split the registration form into two pages.
Now, we’ve taken it a step further and reduced the up-front information required to a bare minimum. All you need now to register to get a quote is your email address and a password that you create. Then, you can proceed to upload your CAD model(s) to get a quote.
Once you’ve uploaded your part model(s), specified your options like quantity, material and surface finish, you can submit your request for quote. Then we ask for just your basic contact information so that we may follow up with you on your project.
We hope you will find that our improved registration process is now quicker and easier. Of course, if you have already registered in the past, all you need is your email and password to log in to the customer portal to check the status of your current projects or request new quotes.
